In the heart of Lapa's historic district, this bar/restaurant is packed to the rafters with antique pieces, many of which are for sale. From the wooden furniture to the ornate mirrors, the décor reflects Rio's colonial past, while the tasty menu is rooted very much in the present. Crepes are the specialty of the house – try the mushroom or buffalo mozzarella with sun-dried tomato and rocket for under R$15, while the potato rosti filled with cheese or meat is another delightful option.
