The food has an emphasis on fresh, healthy ingredients, helping the clientele keep their beach bodies in check. Hungry beachgoers can take their pick from wholemeal, ciabatta or Arab breads, choose from a range of fillings that include chicken, tuna and ricotta cheese, and then top the lot off with their choice of fresh salad ingredients.
