For fast food that is healthy, tasty and won't break the bank, this Ipanema sushi restaurant scores highly. Diners place their orders before sitting down at the shared benches that are a trademark of Japanese restaurants the world over, and the food is brought to the table in less than ten minutes. The orders come served in Bento boxes, with between one and four portions of sushi and/or sashimi, and priced very reasonably.  Harumakis, California rolls, sashimi and yakisoba make up the bulk of the menu, and the food comes attractively presented and in reasonably generous sizes. The food tastes as good as it looks, and the service is both speedy and attentive. As an alternative to greasy pizza and burgers, this is an excellent fast food option. - Lucy Bryson
