For those in a rush to get back to the office, there's a good range of salads, including the Salada Oriental, which combines mixed leaves with shrimp, mango cubes, toasted sesame and a soy sauce vinaigrette. For diners with a little more time to spare, there are more elaborate options such as the Bacalhao Bistro, which comines finely sliced salted cod, oven-baked with olive oil, garlic, leeks, eggs, matchtstick potatoes and black olives.
