Talented head chef Rafael Lopes has created a delicious Asian-inspired menu that is updated frequently to make the most of seasonal ingredients. Expect to find plenty of seafood dishes, combined with fresh vegetables and a touch of spice. A delicious and very indulgent dessert is the macadamia nut ice cream, smothered in rich chocolate.
