Paulo Pinho, a well-known gourmet, opened this restaurant in 1993. Since then it has been a hit among businessmen who work in the city center. Its success is due, in part, to the varied origins of its inspiration - French (Confit de Pato), Italian (Risotto di Funghi), Californian and Oriental.
