Mamma Rosa, Rio de Janeiro

On a tree-lined street in leafy Laranjeiras, Mamma Rosa is one of the nicest spots in Rio to enjoy a pizza. There are more than 30 varieties offered here, all served on a crisp crunchy base. Prices vary according to size and topping, but are uniformly reasonable. Arrive in the early evening and grab one of the in-demand seats on the balcony to take in the street scene below as you enjoy your meal.
