Terzetto, Rio de Janeiro

João de Souza, the sommelier at Terzetto, has been a very busy man of late, travelling to Argentina, Chile, Italy and Portugal in search of excellent wines that don't break the bank. The result is one of the best wine lists in Rio, if not Brazil, with high-quality options in every price bracket. But a meal at Terzetto is not just about the wine. The food is also excellent, with starters including treats such as fresh globe artichokes, and mains including delicious fish and fresh pasta dishes. While carnivores will not be disappointed, vegetarians are also very well catered for, with plenty of options to choose from. Leave some room for dessert, the tiramisu is irresistible!
