Buffet-style restaurants where you pay based on the weight of the food (in kilograms) are quite popular in Brazil. Versão Carioca serves up a variety of tasty dishes in this tradition for your selection, including salads, vegetables, pastas, grilled meats, rice, beans, and even sushi—and after that, desserts! Certain days of the week have special additions: Wednesdays-Mexican; Thursdays-Arab; and Fridays-feijoada, complete with a free shot-sized caipirinha.
