The original title choice for Bargarçõ was Bargaçon. However, a painter's error and owner Leonel da Rocha's lack of capital led to the unchanged signboard. Today, this very name is synonymous with Baiano cuisine in Brazil. With outlets across the country, the menu features an array of seafood delicacies made with the day's finest catch and cooked with traditional spices and homemade recipes.
