This traditional restaurant opened more than 50 years ago and is part of the Cà d'Oro Hotel. The atmosphere is elegant and posh, as diners tend to be high society, normally politicians and business people. Main course the favorites include the Casônseì alla bergamassa which is sweet and sour pasta filled with veal, dried grapes and amaretto, salvia sauce, hot butter and Parmesan cheese, and the quail alla bergamassa roasted in white wine sauce.
