Overview
This building dates back to 1905 and 1912, and was constructed by the architect Emilio Jequier as a station for trains going to Valparaiso and the Argentine city of Mendoza. It has eye-catching masonry and design. In 1987 it ended its days as a train station and it was converted into an Exhibit and Events Center. The Mercado Persa is also located close by, along with antique sellers and the Parque de los Reyes, created to commemorate America's 500 years.
