Founded back in 1906 in Valparaíso, this restaurant had already built up a solid reputation when it moved over to Viña del Mar. Today it is widely renowned for the quality and diversity of its dishes. The owner's son himself is in charge of the kitchen, and makes sure that each of the 100+ dishes on the menu is prepared to perfection. Highly recommended are the Camarones de Orilla (prawn-based dish) or alternatively the Shellfish Risotto. The wine list offers inexpensive and pricey vintages.
