This 25-year-old restaurant proudly displays the motto 'For those who travel outside the beaten path' all over its interiors. It is the first Mexican restaurant in the city. The menu not only shows the dishes on offer but also the instructions on how to eat them. The other side has drawings, pieces of advice, and interesting news extracts. The walls are decorated with black and white photographs of Mexican men. The owner recommends Ay Jalisco, which can be ordered either as a starter or as a main dish. The starter comes as a tortilla covered with beans, shredded beef, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole. As a main dish, one gets two tacos, one enchilada, one quesadilla, refried beans with various salsas. Call ahead for hours.
