Overview
The façade is purple and the corners of the building are left in bare stone, some large earthen jars complete the look. The house specialty is "cachapa," which is a pancake made with soft corn. There is a wide choice of fillings for these cachapas, like telila or guayanés cheese, pork, ham, chicken, stuffed meat or whichever combination takes your fancy.
