A tinajero is an upright, wooden structure with a tinaja, a large, hollowed out, porous stone that is used to filter the water it is filled with. This piece of furniture is a typical representation of country life, as is the Tinajero restaurant. Starting with its country style entrance, in spite of being located in a very sophisticated neighbourhood, this is a restaurant with a large country ranch home flavour. Order any cut of beef, and they will serve it for you, cooked just right. There is also a space for the younger ones to have fun and let you eat in peace. Rest assured that, whether you go alone, or with the family, you will be satisfied when you leave. A cost of $25 for a complete meal is reasonable.
