When the Eurovision song contest is on in this Stadtpark Café, the general approach amongst customers becomes survival of the fittest. Nobody wants to miss this cult event on a huge screen, presented by the exceptional comedians Grissemann and Stermann. This is a unique event with a great atmosphere and well worth a visit should you be in Graz in May. What seemed to be a one-time show turned out to be a permanent feature in the Parkhouse garden a day when gathering spare chairs from all four corners of the place or even spending whole evening standing is no longer an issue. But, taking part and being there is everything, as is the enjoyment of some great melon punch and goat's cheese strudel.
