Overview

The alpine school Innsbruck, in co-operation with the Innsbruck Tourist association, offers the "Karwendel Trekking", a worthwhile two-day tour in the fascinating mountain landscape around Innsbruck. On the first day, the tour starts at dawn from Innsbruck with the Nordketten line up to the 2,260 meter high Hafelekar. This is followed by a trekking tour of about six hours to the Mösl Alm, where a good dinner and an overnight stay in a comfortable atmosphere can be enjoyed. On the second day, there is a six-hour tour from the Mösl Alm to the Gleirscher, followed by a one-hour canoe ride on the Isar to Scharnitz. The tour ends with the train journey back to Innsbruck. Included in the services are a well-trained mountain guide, the journey with the Nordketten line, dinner, overnight stay, breakfast, lunch pack, rental canoe equipment, train journey and a trekking badge. It makes the perfect family adventure!
