Overview
The Philippine's ambiance is a product of a light interior which in turn is in harmony with the food served here. The management and guests are devoted to vegetarian dishes made from fresh ingredients. The name is a bit confusing, this is not an Asian restaurant; the name comes from a Philippine Welser, wife of Ferdinand II who was an avid collector of healing herbs and author of a book on their benefits. The menu has international elements and features a lot of innovative creations dreamt up by the chef. The food is as tasty as it sounds, with dishes such as chunks of Parmesan on a cream of tomato soup, with zucchini and bell pepper.
