Thai Li, Innsbruck

This elegant Thai restaurant has won various awards for excellence in cuisine and value for money. It is conveniently located right on Marktgraben, on the edge of the historical Old Town. It is enormously popular but not all that spacious so it is wise to book in advance. Thai Li is worth a visit, even just for the jasmine tea they serve, but the quality doesn't just stop there; the light Thai dishes are very convincing, some examples of what has been on the menu recently: fillet of red perch in curry and coconut or stir-fried chicken with red peppers and hot bean sauce. The dishes are surprisingly inexpensive.
