Overview
Situated in the wonderful Mirabell Gardens, the Orangerie houses the small but exclusive Baroque Museum. Around 250 bozzetti and modelli of European artists of the 17th and 18th Centuries are on display in this museum. The collection includes preliminary sketches by masters like Rubens, Fragonard, Carlone, Bernini and Tiepolo to name just the most famous. The collection consists of about 150 works.
