Café Sigrist, Salzburg

The glass and porcelain warehouse Sigrist on the "Ferdinand Hanusch Square" is well known in Salzburg. And this shop has given its name to the little café situated just above the warehouse, the Café Sigrist. By climbing a beautifully wound staircase to the first floor, where the café is situated, the guest can dive into the world of a typical Austrian coffee house. The rooms are filled with interestingly colored leather seats. The friendly and speedy staff supply the guests with everything a real café in Austria has to offer. Coffee, tea and cake, but also beer, wine and spirits. The Café Sigrist is the ideal place to take a break from downtown shopping. Seeing that the place still is a secret tip, there should normally be sufficient space.
