Overview
This theater, which has been around since 1932, is led these days by Dr. Janisch, who used to tread the boards at Vienna's most prestigeous stage, the Burgtheater. In autumn 1999 the ensemble moved to this new location where there is space for about 90 spectators. The theater hosts many classic plays, like Goethe or Schiller. The productions try to stay as close to the originals as possible. But you can also enjoy more modern plays. The program changes every two months.
