It's not easy to find this charming restaurant, which is located at the very back of the Messepalast, but it's worth the effort. In winter, you eat in a dark, wood-paneled room; in summer there is a tranquil and shady garden to enjoy. The food is traditional Viennese with simple dishes such as homemade sausages with a great vegetarian selection as well. Austrian wines are served by the glass. The Glacis Beisl is the perfect place to relax between bouts of sightseeing.
