Overview

Steman is a newer guesthouse in the garb of an older one. The setting is simple and homey; guests eat at old fashioned wooden tables surrounded by dark wooden panelled walls and aged paintings yet the energy of the owner is unmistakable. The bar offers plenty opportunity for sitting quietly and savouring a glass of wine. Alternatively, Steman offers facilities for large parties in an annexed room. The menu includes many well-known Austrian favorites: Palatschinken, Schulterscherzl, Tafelspitz, black pudding or Salzberg cheese, spaetzle.
