Tascaria Maredo, Vienna

Tascaria Maredo is part of a European chain of restaurants. It has arguably the best salad bar in town! Having seen the variation at the salad bar, it is easy to see why there's a crowd. For people with less enthusiasm for the vegetarian option, Maredo also does its fair share of meat dishes: great Argentine steaks and dishes such as chicken wings. Alternatively, the nachos are just as delicious. This restaurant is perhaps not as good as at The Heights in Manhattan, but is still a wise choice. Open-air seating allows guests a good view of Vienna's famous National Opera as well as the somewhat noisy Ring-Boulevard. The Maredo is especially suited to larger groups as it is very spacious.
