Overview
Designed and built by Paul Engelmann and the philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein—the Wittgenstein Haus is simple yet very severe in sending out the message across. Reflecting their thinking, this building is now a property of the Bulgaria government. Completely devoid of external decoration, it now houses the Bulgarian Cultural Institute. Visit it if you are an admirer of divine simplicity.
