Huis de Colvernier is an exclusive restaurant in a famous Patrician mansion in a side street of the Nationalestraat. High ceilings, chandeliers and beautiful antiques and works of art create the ambiance here. Antoon Verbeeck painted two meter high paintings especially for this restaurant. While you enjoy your aperitif in the wine cellar, you can choose the wine for the menu that varies with the seasons. However, fish, lobster, langoustines, lamb and foie gras are always available. You can choose a fixed five course menu or the seven course gourmet menu.
