Pizzeria Grosseto Marina, Prague

The Grosseto group has a reputation for serving some of the best pizza in Prague; in 2010, they decided to open a floating restaurant, one which took a year to complete. It's built on the base of a cargo ship and the modern, crisp decor is fitting for a contemporary pizza restaurant with slightly higher aspirations. The pizzas are reasonably priced - the Grosseto, a veritable cheese-fest involving parmesan, mozzarella, and gorgonzola, is a tasty treat; if you're looking for something plainer, try the margherita, or the salerno pizzas. There is also a selection of pastas and risottos and an intriguing drinks menu.
