It's over 100 years that trams have been moving on the streets of Helsinki. 'A Century of Tram Rides' exhibition at the Raitioliikennemuseo (Tram Museum) depicts the views of the tram travelers, and the visitors can climb onto the ancient trams to enjoy a different experience.

The Tram Museum, part of the Helsinki City Museum, shows the history of public transport in Helsinki in the oldest tram depot in Helsinki. Among other things on display are a horse-drawn tramcar, uniforms and pictures. The building, dating from 1900, was designed by architect Valdemar Aspelin.
