Finnish Toy Museum (Leikkilinna), Helsinki

The Finnish Toy Museum is situated in the WeeGee museum complex of the Tapiola suburb in Espoo. It features the culture of Finnish games and play from the early 20th Century to the present day. Included are collections of dolls, miniature soldiers, cuddly bears, toy cars and more. Among those is an award-winning miniature railway as one of the exhibition's highlights. It's a great place to come with family and spend an afternoon in the world of toys and fun. The kids will enjoy the atmosphere among thousands of toys while grown-ups are also allowed to unleash their inner child and dwell back into the memories of childhood play. - Paula Holst
