Kaksi Poroa, Two Reindeer, is a restaurant at the corner of Albertinkatu and Merimiehenkatu. With a dull interior and minimal décor, the restaurant does not seem promising at first sight. However, the interesting Scandinavian menu offers all sorts of tasty fish and meat dishes. Try a warm salmon salad for starters, and some reindeer liver for a main course. Both dishes have a Finnish, natural flavour to them. This restaurant serves more traditional Finnish dishes than most others in town. The service is fine, although the dishes take a while to prepare.
