One of the oyster and seafood specialists in Bordeaux, this establishment is located in the heart of the restaurant area and serves meals based on the produce from the Bay of Arcachon. In a restaurant decorated with pictures and ornaments with a maritime flavor, chef Joël Dupuch invites you to try various types of oysters from all over France (Fine de Claire, Marennes Spéciales, Bretagne) as well as other dishes such as fish soup or salmon. There are also oysters opened and prettily packaged to buy and enjoy at home. It is open on Sunday, a rarity for Bordeaux.
