Comtesse (La), Bordeaux

The Comtesse with its red velvet curtains and armchairs, surrounded by white brick walls gives an ambiance of a past century. The mix of ancient decoration, good music, delicious mojitos and a selected wine menu turn it into a unique and charming bar. The Comtesse is located in a small, always well animated street of the city center. The small terrace on the pedestrian street is almost always occupied. It is a well-known, classy bar, which is appreciated by its neighborhood. The waiters (only men) are friendly and the service is quick. The Comtesse is a nice place for either sitting inside in its beautiful decoration or outside to observe the animated life in the heart of the neighborhood. - Hélène Walland
