P'tite Afrik (La), Bordeaux

France and West Africa are somewhat close, due to a certain common history. Consequently, it is only logical that you find at least some African restaurants in Bordeaux. La P'tite Afrik offers many culinary pleasures from the beautiful continent; from the delicious Bissap (hibiscus flower juice) to Tiep bou djenn (rice, fish, roots and vegetables), a great deal of traditional plates are on the menu. The African music (you can get a taste of it on their website) completes the authentic ambiance, as well as the colorful decoration. The P'tite Afrik is situated in a small side street and can easily be missed, so keep your eyes open!
