Owned and operated by acclaimed chef, Claude Sutter, Le Bistrot de Saint-Sauveur is a charming restaurant in the French Riviera town of Le Cannet. Opening in April of 2012, this restaurant has made quite a name for itself thus far. Impeccably decorated, the bistro features gorgeous hardwood floors, clean white tables with crisp black table runners, modern, yet comfortable chairs, chic chandelier, and plenty of light streaming in from the oversized windows. Sutter's French cuisine is standard, yet is done with an eye for perfection. His andouillette sausages and veal fillet are winning him rave reviews.
