Home to a unique collection of exotic birds and rare plants, the La Londe ornithological and botanical gardens are six hectares (15 acres) of tropical paradise set in landscaped woodland. Situated around 100 kilometers (62 miles) west of Cannes (on the RN98 main road between St-Tropez and Hyères), this modern-day Noah's Ark plays an active role in the conservation and breeding of endangered species.
