Housed in the 17th Century fort, Bastion Saint-André, Musée d'Archéologie was opened in the second half of the 20th Century. The museum features various artifacts that date the history of the town since its birth. These artifacts include pottery, painted vases and more; most of which have been excavated from underwater. The museum also offers two vaulted galleries, that offer variety of archeological finds. A great way to spend your time dating the history of a city, the museum offers a lot more that history itself.
