This restaurant right near the train station in Cannes wouldn't jump out at you right away, but behind the rather plain exterior is a small, comfortable Japanese restaurant specializing in sushi. The prices are expensive, although not compared to other sushi restaurants in Cannes, and the quality of both the fish and sushi rice is some of the highest in the city. As odd as it may seem, be sure to check out the restroom in the back of the restaurant as it is lined with stones and resembles a Zen garden.
