Overview
Established in 1963, the Museum of Military Arts and History features five rooms with displays and exhibits from various conquests and time periods. The first room showcases the development of weaponry and battle gear, such as swords and breastplates, from the time of Louis XIV through the First World War. The second room is dedicated to the 'First Empire' of Napoleon, and the third displays 'Colonial Conquests' of North Africa. An interesting and educational stop for history buffs and curious tourists alike. Guided and group tours available by appointment.
