Hervé Leuci, the chef, successfully combines the best of French and Italian cuisine with his Lasagnes de Veau aux Cèpes (Veal and Mushroom Lasagne), Raviolis à la Truffe Blanche d'Alba (White Truffle Ravioli), or Magret d'Oie Poêlé au Miel et Marsala (Goose Filet Pan-fried in Honey and Marsala). The wine list, however, is 100% Italian, and the setting is modest and contemporary.
