This restaurant in the heart of the city centre has a typically regional atmosphere. There is a large choice of apperitifs such as aniseed and pastis liqueur, gentiane wine and peach rinquinquin. The menu is designed for those with large appetites and the plates are piled high. Dishes include Small Cuttlefish with Basil, mullet salad with basil followed by Sétoise-Style Cod Fillets and prawns smothered in pastis. The traditional Provençal desserts are delicious.
