This restaurant is in Montpellier's very own silicon valley - thus named in view of the number of multimedia enterprises occupying this street behind the train station. Everything here evokes images of mountain life, with large wooden counters and walls decorated with various ancient implements. The chalet-style staff offer a good-natured service and generous meals with excellent cheese specialties, such as three cheese or wild mushroom fondue with a glass of marc liqueur, tartiflettes, reblochon (soft cow's milk cheese)and Savoyard croûte (consisting of a slice of bread, ham, cheese, egg and white wine). At lunchtime, you can have the dish of the day with salad. This place is a must.
