This museum helps one understand the evolution of naïve art and features works by artists of many nationalities from the 18th century up to the present day. Created in 1982, the museum holds more than 600 canvasses, drawings and sculptures that were donated by the Javovsky family, as well as works from the Musée National d'Art Moderne of the Pompidou Centre. The museum is housed within the Château Ste-Hélène (once the home of the perfumer François Coty) and is surrounded by an attractive park. Free parking for visitors.
