This is arguably one of the finest private beaches to be found along the large seaside walkway that follows the shoreline, known as the Promenade des Anglais, or la Prom to locals. You can find it level with the famous Belle Epoque palace-come-hotel Négresco. Take advantage of the superb range of activities on offer, including pedalo boats, jet-skis, parasending, sea-water swimming pool, adventure playground for the kids, swimming lessons, table tennis, a pontoon... all under the watchful eye of a qualified swimming instructor/lifeguard. You'll certainly be grateful for the sun loungers as the beaches in Nice are pebbled rather than sandy. You can also enjoy great cuisine on the beach itself with an excellent menu to choose from, served on a delightful shaded terrace.
