Citrus Étoile, Paris

Citrus Etoile is a fine dining French restaurant serving many delectable dishes. After innumerable years as a restaurateur at L'Orangerie in Los Angeles where he served numerous celebrities. Especially they used to hire his services for thier private functions. The chef Gilles Epié finally returned to his hometown France and opened this upscale restaurant. If you love fish then the salmon marinated in "herring style" is a must try along with red Bordeaux. Amongst sweet dishes is foie gras-stuffed beignets topped in a syrupy-sweet port-wine reduction. Highly recommended is the classic French staple that is rabbit with mustard sauce.
