Cosi, Paris

A cosi is a hot focaccia, baked before your eyes and filled with the ingredients you like. The name comes from Mozart's opera Così fan tutte and opera is what you hear around this restaurant. Interesting ingredient combinations include roasted salmon with chives and sour cream, and tomato-mozzarella. For dessert, we recommend the delicious Chocolate Cake. Customers and staff alike are international and the atmosphere is warm. The decor looks like an art gallery (nice lighting, paintings, photographs of opera singers), but is a bit toned down by somewhat cheap-looking tables and chairs. In short, a delicious and refined meal at fast-food price.
