Overview
Near Saint-Germain church is Furstenberg Square in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the Saint Germain des Prés district. It was constructed at the end of the 17th Century by Cardinal de Furstenberg in the location of the abbey palace that is still visible today at the beginning of the street. Planted with flowers blooming in springtime, it is one of the most charming and romantic squares of Paris. One of the sides, built in a Henri IV style, leads to the Eugène Delacroix museum. The painter used to live here and had a workshop at number 6 Furstenberg street. For more information, call +33 8 3668 3112.
