Green Pizz, Paris

Green Pizz, which sounds like 'Green Peace,' open since February 2010 in the 9th arrondissement, is the first organic pizzeria of Paris. All ingredients are not always organic, because consuming only organic products is sometimes bad for the environment, but in this restaurant all services are eco-responsible. The theme all-around is green: the paint, low-energy bulbs, water saver, recycled and recyclable packaging, and takeaway bamboo cutlery – even the maintenance: the sorting of the trash and electric scooters for delivery. As for the pizzas, they are made with fresh products only, which are mostly organic, such as the bread. The menu is varied and very attractive.
