Le Pantruche is a typical French restaurant located near the Pigalle area. It is managed by a former cook of the Hotel Bristol’s gastronomic restaurant: Franck Baranger. The French cuisine is slightly traditional but is, above all, refined and creative. The soft-boiled egg is served on a leek fondue along with a cod emulsion. You must check out the free-range pork roast served with a real meat reduction, the risotto with seasonal mushrooms, the carrots with black pepper, and the fried scallops. The nostalgic style of the decoration (lights, benches, mirrors) will remind you of Paris in the 1950s. There is also a small terrace for outdoor lunching in summer.
